International shipments may incur in additional fees in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to each country's legislation and out of our control, hence we cannot be held responsible for them.

At MOC we work on each piece by hand, valuing each unique detail, so it may contain imperfections and particularities that make this piece unrepeatable.
Important legal information about made-to-measure garments: they cannot be returned or exchanged. These garments are made to order for the end customer. "In accordance with the provisions of art. 103.c) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, these products, manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised, may not be returned".

You have 7 calendar days starting on the delivery date to return a product. The product must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached, unworn and in the same condition as its delivery.
All sales of specially discounted items or items purchased with a coupon code cannot be returned.
MOC is not liable for defects due to: Damage caused by improper use or negligence. Alterations and aesthetic damage due to normal wear and tear, poor care of the garment, washing and ageing.
If your product arrives damaged, MOC will take care of and cover the shipping costs incurred in returning the products if the return is due to our error. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return. If your return is approved we will begin the return or refund process.
The refund will be made once we have received and checked your returned product. Depending on your bank, the transaction usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.
